Sterilizer maintenance
1. Clean the exterior of the sterilizer and keep the sterilization room clean and dry every day;
2. Before each sterilization, please check the rubber ring of the sterilization room door for cracks, damage and dirt. If yes, clean and replace it in time;
3. The door opening and closing mechanism shall be flexible, reliable and open freely;
4. Before sterilization, check whether there are sundries in the sterilizer and on the exhaust port. For example, if there are sundries in the filter screen in the pot, the sterilization will be incomplete or the drying will be poor;
5. Check the safety valve at least once a week, pull up the pull rod of the safety valve several times to prevent failure;
6. Regularly check the pipeline and piping components, and replace them in time if there is leakage or damage;
7. It is strictly prohibited to put chemicals that are flammable, explosive, suddenly heated and pressurized in contact with steam medium for sterilization, so as to avoid danger;
8. When the steam is not discharged completely and the displayed pressure is not "0", it is strictly forbidden to open the hatch to prevent the steam from rushing out and hurting people.
